New York’s landmark Paid Family Leave has been enhanced for 2020 to further improve the lives of working New Yorkers and their families.
The NYS Workers’ Compensation Board is hosting a new series of free webinars to help employees understand how to use the benefit, whether to bond with a new child, care for a family member with a serious health condition, or assist when a spouse, domestic partner, child or parent is deployed abroad on active military service.
Each one-hour, online session will provide an overview of Paid Family Leave, including important updates for 2020 and new informational resources, with time for questions at the end.
